I Just applied for a job (Still can't think of a creative title...)

Well, hi there Everybody!

Well, I've just applied for my first job! It was really hard to write a CV, I sat around for ages trying to think of what to write.
It's for a shop in my local town called PAPERCHASE!! YAY!!! I love this shop, it sells really cute stationary and little noodle pots and stuff!!

This was my favorite collection, they don't sell it in store anymore though ( I truly love the teapot).
I have this glasses case, le woof >.<

I  won't find out if I've got the job yet for a little while but I really hope I do, so if you're ever want KAWAII stationary, you know who to call! (Not Ghostbusters).

My friend lent me a few CDs today, now I have 6 hours worth of Disney on my iPod... I need to get a life really... Today I shall leave you with a video sweeping the UK after seeing it on a show called Russel Howard's Good News:

A book review (LACK OF CREATIVE TITLE)

Ever get the feeling when somethings wrong? It's freaky but I've been feeling like this all week, like when you go out and realise you've forgotten something reeeeally important, but you just can't remember what...   Hm... Maybe I'll eventually remember what it is.

Anyhooo... I've been catching up on my reading lately, latest book to read: A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness. I absolutely loved  reading this book, the storyline was really intricately written which keeps you guessing. It was filled with witches, demons and (French yay!) vampires (ones that don't sparkle in the sun, for a nice change ^^). I'm very eagerly awaiting the second installment in the series Shadow of Darkness. Also the Warner Brother's company has brought the rights to make a film!

The heroine of the book, a witch who denys her powers named Diana Bishop, discovers a transcript named Ashmole 782 and almost immediately sends it back after discovering three pages were missing and words were swirling all over the place. She discovers that she is the only one who can reclaim it. A swarm of other creatures, all of whom want the manuscript, including a vampire Matthew Clairmont. Together with said vampire she journeys to try and discover the secrets of the manuscript, taking her to La Belle France. I'm gonna shut up now before I give too much away.  >.<

And, on a completely unrelated note, I must  go to MCM next year...

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

Hiya everybody, HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!! ^^

Of course as it's Halloween, I'm in the mood for freaky music^^ I watched this at midnight the first time, I then had to watch "Popipo" about 3 times afterwards, I was just too freaked out!

Now as much as I LOVE this holiday, unfortunately for me I live in the UK, so for me today has been filled with scared elderly people who refuse to open their doors to anyone in costume, in fact I'm the only house on my street who is actually giving out sweets today, how sad is that? I love the whole idea of halloween in America, sound soooo much more fun! Also for me it's also my Grandma's birthday, so I don't really get dressed up. What's worse is that my friend wouldn't dress up as Len when we went to the theme park.
I did enjoy halloween in France, people trick or treat during the day at the shops, no joke, the shops actually DO hand out sweets to them all!!

Hope you've all had a great day today, both my parents were working all day and my sister was out, so I was home alone in my witches hat all day with my dog, 'cause I'm cool like that! ^^

A bientot!

A Manga guide to Physics? *BUY BUY BUY*

Hello there ^^

I got stung by a wasp, now my finger is about three times the size it normally is :/

Anyhoo, I was in English today and my teacher walked past as my friend was drawing a cupcake and then said "kawaii."

I just couldn't stop laughing because, well, my teacher has a verrrrrry posh English accent and it was soooo funny hearing her say that.

I also discovered today that my physics teacher is an Otaku when he tried to get our Physics class to  buy "the manga guide to physics," our class were like "Oh, sir, how funny!"

...On the inside I'm screaming "GET IT GET IT GET IT!!!"
Ehem... I'm on amazon right now XP

Erm... Embarrasing

Well, today I realised something quite bizarre, I had forgotten I had a blog... I then felt guilty for neglecting to write anything. I remembered when I was on YouTube watching a Hatsune Miku song when I suddenly thought "Oh! Sonny likes this singer," my next thought was "UH-OHHHHH" so I rushed back here to blog again ^^

I wanted to say that it's nearly HALLOWEEN!! My local theme park is having a "Fright Night Special" and you can choose whether to go in costume or not. At first I didn't have any idea what to do, then I realised my best friend (who is coming with me) and I have been asked if we were twins because he looks a lot like me (We have simlilar noses, eyes and hair) and then it hit me!!

WE SHALL GO AS KAGAMINE RIN AND LEN!!!
He isn't aware of this yet but I have decided!!!

I was gonna go as miku but I hit some problems:
1. My hair isn't long enough
2. I couldn't find the right colour hair dye (or spray)
3. Wigs are something ridiculous like £200 to buy it and get it sent over here to the UK...

I promise not to forget about my blog again!

We currently have no Internet so I'm writing this in Starbucks, just letting you all know I'm not actually neglecting you! I will definitely post properly when we actually have our own Internet, until then I shall just have to be BORED...

A book review ^^

Hello bloggers!
Anyhow I decided to finally write a book review.

Well, two days ago I was looking for "Passion", the newest book by Lauren Kate but failed to find it. Instead I found another of her books (one which I hadn't heard if before) entitled "The betrayal of Natalie Hargrove", I decided to buy it and give it a read.

Although it's very different to certain other books floating around at the moment (in that the dead actually stay dead) I think it still is pretty good.

The main protagonist, Nat, is a lot more cruel and cunning than Lucinda, the main protagonist in Lauren Kate's book "Fallen", because of the characters personality it's really hard to relate to her at first, desperate to become the school's "princess" no matter what the cost, even if it means framing someone for a death she caused. As you read further on you start to sympathise with the character. The ending of this book was really unexpected, if somewhat inevitable, but all in all it wasn't too bad a read!
